Controlling the Chaos both internal & external takes skills. You can learn how to develop these skills, even if they don't come naturally to you.
I can help you apply time management, organizational theories, and flexible thinking (all aspects of executive function) to create lasting systems to help your home or job run more smoothly, efficiently and productively.

Adult sessions are typically 1 hour in person or over Zoom.
Timing may range from 2x a week to once a month, based on needs.
